Once you modify configuration files, the changes will take effect within a minute.
After editing the list of nodes in your cluster
("/etc/mosix/mosix.map") you need to run "mossetpe", but if you are
using "mosconf" to modify the local configuration, then there is
no need to run "mossetpe".
